The best place to ask for advice is the Copenhagen Knitters group on Ravelry - they are super-friendly and all speak/write excellent English. If you are unable to use Ravelry, I recommend VisitDenmark.

I WOULD LOVE TO TREAT KARIE TO A COFFEE WHEN SHE’S NEAR ME OR WHEN I VISIT GLASGOW.

It’s a lovely idea but not possible as Karie works to a tight schedule and is not available for individual appointments. We recommend keeping an eye on festival appearances as you may bump into her in one of the aisles or at a vendor’s stand.

Great news! if you got an auto-reply from us, you definitely got the right inbox!

Karie is at desk Tuesdays and Thursdays, and occasionally gets help from others. We do get a lot of email, so please be patient if you don't hear back within a few days. We aim to answer most queries within a week, but sometimes it takes longer (depending upon the query and whether Karie is travelling). Both Karie and her help are based in the UK and work to UK time. Occasionally it may take even longer — especially if it is not a time-sensitive question.

Unfortunately it is very easy for questions and queries to 'get lost' on social media.

Please compile all your queries into one message. This enables us to keep track of all the details and we can hopefully resolve it much quicker.
